Do I need to register to shop?

No, you can shop at GOWIGASA.com without needing to register. You may register as soon as you have finished shopping, or check out as a Guest. To do the later, simply select 'Guest Check Out' at the check out page.

However, by registering, you can enjoy a faster checkout process, save multiple shipping addresses, access your order history, track your new orders and save items to your wish list. Do you restock items that are sold out?

Some of out items do sell out quickly and unfortunately, we do not restock most them, but for some items, we might do. You can click ADD TO WISHLIST on the sold-out item's page. Please confirm your payment by clicking this link (http://gowigasa.com/confirmation). Orders must be paid according to the amount shown on the receipt and confirmed afterward. Failure to do so may result in your order being cancelled and we will have the right to sell the items to another customer.

 

Can I book or keep my order until certain date?

We can only secure your order after you paid and confirmed it. However, if you made the payment too late and the items you ordered has already sold out, we will let you know immediately and offer you a Replacement you desire: Item Exchange / Refund / Same Value Voucher.

What is this mysterious colorful thing?

By popular demand (mostly made by dedicated -and confused- friends and boyfriends), we proudly present you our E-Gift Cards! It is the perfect gift every time ? to give and receive, because it lets the recipient to pick their own gifts.

 

How to buy it?

  1. You can go to the E-Gift Card page, and choose the card (amount) you'd like to give
  2. By clicking the card, you will be taken directly to the check out page. You can choose to check out as Returning Customer / to Register / to Check Out as Guest
  3. Now please fill in the Sender's Name, Sender's Email, Recipient's Name, Recipient's Email and your Personal Note for the recipient
  4. Choose your payment mode: Bank Transfer / PayPal*, and click the Place Order button
  5. Please make your payment and confirm it
  6. We will send your E-Gift Card (along with step-to-step guide on how to use it) to your recipient's email as soon as your payment has been confirmed

Can I use my Voucher / E-Gift Card to buy an E-Gift Card?

No, you cannot use Voucher or another E-Gift Card to buy an E-Gift Card. However, you can use your Credit Balance to buy it.

 

Can I buy an E-Gift Card for myself?

Sure you can! Simply submit your own email at the Recipient's Email column and you'll receive your E-Gift Card in no time, after your payment has been confirmed.
It's a smart move anyway, since we can only secure your order with payment (and confirmation may take some time), you can use your E-Gift Card to shop and confirm your payment in a single move. This is a very useful way, especially during the launching of our New Arrivals.

Do you deliver overseas?

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We ship all Regular and International orders from Jakarta, Indonesia in 1-3 business days, Monday through Friday; after we verify your payment. We ship all Express orders in the same day, as long as payment has been confirmed before 11 AM. Express order's payment that is confirmed after 11 AM will be shipped the next business day.

  • Regular orders usually arrive within 3-5 business days from shipping date
  • Express orders usually arrive within 24-48 hours from shipping date.
  • International orders usually arrive within 21-30 business days from shipping date.

 

How do I track my order?

You may view the status of your order by clicking on Tracking Order at the footer of the page. Enter your order ID in the column and click the Submit button.

 

Why is my tracking number not found?

After receiving your payment confirmation, we reserve 1-3 business days to check your payment, do quality control and pack your order before we ship it to you. After shipping it then, we will input your tracking number in our website which you can track later right here.

 

Can I change the delivery address for my order?

I have received an incorrect item in my order, what do I do?
